Savannah and St. Simons Island, recently welcomed Emory L. Larkin in the firm’s Real Estate
Practice Group.
Emory handles a wide variety of real estate related matters. She has significant experience
representing her clients on residential and commercial matters, guiding them through property
acquisition and transfers, title and survey issues, secured transactions, leases, easements,
covenants, and more.
She graduated in the top five percent of her class, magna cum laude, from Mercer University
School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in
Finance. During her time in law school, Emory served on the Mercer Law Review and the
Federal Bar Association Moot Court Team.
Emory grew up in the area and went to high school at Frederica Academy on St. Simons Island.
