Scarred Augusta Still Digging Out From Helene as Masters Tees Up

As Berckmans Road swings south past a Publix and along the western border of this city’s famed golf course, through rolling terrain of graveled parking lots, you can hear Joyce Law’s roosters crow. They do not sound pleased.
They live in her backyard in a cul-de-sac less than a quarter mile from the fifth tee at Augusta National Golf Club.
