On Monday, September 22, at 12 PM, the Golden Isles YMCA will unveil its new state-of-the-art fitness technology, EGYM. The Golden Isles YMCA is the latest branch within the YMCA of Coastal Georgia to introduce this revolutionary fitness system that personalizes workouts for individuals of all fitness levels. It will become the tenth location in the association to feature EGYM—making us the first YMCA in the nation with 10 locations offering this innovative system.  

The YMCA of Coastal Georgia is proud to be the only fitness organization in the region offering access to EGYM. This cutting-edge technology combines intelligent workout equipment with digital integration to create efficient, customized fitness experiences. The system is designed to make exercise accessible and impactful for people of all ages and abilities, reinforcing the YMCA’s mission of strengthening community health and wellness for all.
