Southeast Georgia Health System Outpatient Lab Services Relocation
Friday, October 10th, 2025
With a focus on improving efficiencies and enhancing patient access, Southeast Georgia Health System will relocate its Camden Campus Outpatient Laboratory Services from the Medical Plaza to the main hospital building located at 2000 Dan Proctor Drive in St. Marys. The relocation is effective Monday, Sept. 15.
The new location, which is easily accessed through the hospital’s main entrance, will continue to offer expert outpatient laboratory services Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Both Southeast Georgia Health System Brunswick and Camden Campus Laboratory Services locations are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), ensuring the highest standards of care for all laboratory patients. During the CAP accreditation process, inspectors examine the laboratory’s records and quality control of procedures. CAP inspectors also examine laboratory staff qualifications, equipment, facilities, safety program and record, and overall management. CAP reviews help verify activities reflect the most recent best practices.
