ProCivica Introduces Innovative Platform Transforming Mandated Education for Justice-Involved Individuals Nationwide
Monday, November 10th, 2025

After years of being trusted by courts, prosecutors, probation officers, and agencies across the country, Civics Academy announces today it has rebranded as ProCivica®, ushering in a new era of innovation in judicially mandated and civic education. The rebrand introduces a powerful new platform designed to make mandated and values-based learning more accessible, affordable, and practical while helping individuals strengthen decision-making, accountability, and community engagement. ProCivica now extends its impact across schools, probation, pretrial, and reentry programs, empowering learners and agencies alike with education that drives real behavioral change.
“This rebrand isn’t just about a new name; it’s about a renewed purpose. It reflects our evolution, our technology, and our ongoing commitment to be more than just an educational provider,” says Chip Morris, Co-Founder and CEO at ProCivica. “Our proven Behavioral Civics Method is a unique blend of cognitive-behavioral strategies and civic education. We are a partner to the justice system, helping individuals rebuild their lives while giving agencies the tools they need to track, manage, and support success.”
The new ProCivica platform features a modern, mobile-friendly, AI-enhanced interface designed to streamline case management for judicial professionals while providing participants with meaningful, evidence-based education. The upgraded system offers probation, pre-trial, and court staff a free management dashboard that enables them to:
-
Assign courses and monitor learner progress in real time
-
Accept and review uploaded documents
-
Access and download completion certificates
-
Send reminders directly from their account
Introducing ProCivica Serves & Looking Ahead
As part of the relaunch, ProCivica introduced ProCivica Serves, an innovative online community service course that helps participants understand why giving back is essential. The program provides five hours of verified service credit and offers both online and offline service options. Learners can upload proof of completed service, reflect on their experience, and have their progress fully tracked by probation officers and agencies through the free dashboard.
By providing affordable, accessible, and evidence-informed courses, ProCivica enables participants to make lasting behavioral changes, while also providing agencies with an efficient and scalable tool to manage compliance.
In early 2026, ProCivica plans to expand its library with new programs addressing a range of critical topics. These additions will continue to support the company’s mission of lowering recidivism rates and creating a pathway for second chances.
“Every person deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute positively to society. ProCivica exists to make that possible with one course, one community, and one life at a time. My son Caleb and I built this platform to support judicial systems nationwide with scalable, reliable, and human-centered solutions,” adds Morris.
