Wayne County Residents Seek Information on Data Centers Ahead of City Vote

More than 100 people gathered at the Cracker Williams Recreation Center Sunday to learn more about data center development and how to make their opinions heard by local officials.
Wayne County and Jesup city leaders have been weighing the pros and cons of data center development. Wayne County Neighbors for Responsible Growth, a grassroots organization formed to address the issue, hosted three panelists with backgrounds in science to give residents information on the topic.
